Three Trees Yoga has a class for everyone.  We specialize in meeting the student where they are at.  If you need stress relief, or longer hamstrings or stronger bones--or all of the above, we can find a class for you.We have beginners classes as well as the 'Intro to Yoga' series for an in depth study of the poses if you are brand new to yoga.All of our teachers are required to be RYT certified and can make adjustments for previous injuries or medical conditions.We offer a clean, relaxing, tranquil space to support you in your journey to find balance between body, mind and spirit.
