The Dailey Method is a full body workout that combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, yoga and orthopedic exercises designed to stregnthen, tone and lengthen the entire body. The Dailey Method core work engages the deepest layers of the abdominals in every position we teach and cue how to properly achieve and maintian core engagement. The Dailey Method is known as an excerise that is challenging and incredibly effective with quick physical results and balance in the body.
