I am comfortable with working alongside with physical conditions such as arthritis, limited range of motion in both hips and shoulders, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, and physical disabilities. In addition to physical conditions, I also have a number of clients who use massage to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Located just two miles from downtown Reno, the Peppermill Resort, Spa & Casino offers a fun-loving atmosphere for guests looking to both gamble and hit the spa. Once a lounge and coffee shop, the 1,623-room Peppermill Resort now boasts a three-story spa, theater-style events center and numerous nightlife options, including complimentary entertainment featured in the Terrace Lounge. The on-site casino has an extensive array of slot machines, table games and tournaments, and for those traveling with little ones, the resort's Arcade Xtreme is a video game Mecca. Guests looking to relax can visit the three-story Spa Toscana, currently housing the only caldarium in northern Nevada. A recent $500-million expansion included the all-suite Tuscany Tower, and it's a safe bet that the award-winning restaurants will satisfy any appetite.

Peppermill Resort houses 1,623 guest rooms and suites, located in the Tuscany and Peppermill Towers. Most room interiors feature hand-painted Italian art and custom-designed furnishings, and many accommodations offer scenic city and mountain views. All rooms come with 42-inch LCD TVs and marble bathrooms with European soaking tubs. The lavish Roman Opulence Suite and Safari Suite are two-story penthouses that provide Jacuzzi tubs, several TVs, dining and sitting rooms, five bathrooms and roomy master suites and guest rooms.
Peppermill Resort has an impressive 10 restaurants that range from Italian to Asian to seafood cuisine. Fine dining can be found at Romanza, where guests can enjoy a light-and-sound show while eating, and Bimini Steakhouse, which features hardwood grilled steaks, chops and a 1,000-bottle wine list; other options include Chi, which serves contemporary Asian fare. More casual meals are prepared at Biscotti's, Island Buffet and Oceano. For guests on the go, Café Milano and Sports Deli are good choices.

With its Mediterranean architecture, mosaic-covered floors and flowing fountains, the Tuscan-inspired Spa Toscana has created its modern interpretation of an ancient Roman bath. There are 24 treatment rooms in the 33,000-square-foot spa, as well as a full-service salon and a caldarium with indoor pool, sundeck and lounging area set in a garden. iPods and high-def plasma TVs with SoSound acoustic resonance therapy are found in each room, and guests are invited to explore the ladies and gentlemen ritual areas equipped with hot and cold plunge pools, experience showers, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms and cedar wood saunas. Spa-goers can also indulge in signature staples such as the Tuscan Ritual, Toscana Signature Facial and Wine Down Massage, which are just a few of the services listed on the extensive menu. Vichy shower therapies, massage modalities, waxing, makeup, facial and nail treatments are also available.

Atlantis boasts eight award-winning restaurants that provide a plethora of cuisines, including American, Asian, Italian, and seafood choices. The Atlantis Steakhouse offers fine steaks and classic cocktails. Bistro Napa features a raw seafood bar and a 4,000-bottle wine cellar, from which guests can pair selections from the California-inspired menu, as well as a nightly 'social hour.' The Oyster Bar & Sushi Bar on the Sky Terrace allows diners to enjoy spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada while feasting on all-you-care-to-eat sushi and sensational seafood. For those who can't decide, Toucan Charlie's Buffet & Grille provides an expansive spread of international fare sure to please everyone's palate.

Spa Atlantis is a 30,000-square-feet complex, complete with a full-service salon, cardio theater and fitness center, retail therapy, and 15 treatment rooms, including couple's suites. Natural stone decor and soothing water features provide a Zen-like ambience. Additional amenities include Rasul chambers, laconium relaxation and brine inhalation-light therapy lounges, and an aqua spa lounge, where guests may alternate among Jacuzzi pools with varying temperatures, a cold plunge, and experience shower.
