American Acrobats Performing Arts & Fitness is a studio / gym that offers beginning to elite level performance training as well as fun and exciting alternative fitness classes.  Our studio is an extension of our American Acrobats professional performance troupe that has been in existence for 28 years.  We offer performance opportunities for our students through road show for non-profit organizations and our yearly "impressive" student show at the end of April.

The fitness industry is experiencing a huge increase in alternative fitness studios.  Participants no longer want to just work out.  They want to experience personal achievements, learn something completely new in a fun and positive environment and to be apart of a healthy social atmosphere with like minded people.  This is exactly what we provide. 

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for adults and children to express their creative abilities in the form of fitness and/or performing arts.  We take great pride in helping each individual achieve their goals while providing a safe, positive and fun environment.

As owner of this studio, I am here to tell you that I am completely committed to making sure that your experience is filled with fun and good feelings. Our trainers are the professional performers for the American Acrobats (separate from the studio) which has been a top and well respected performance company in the U.S. for over 28 years. Our students currently range between the ages of 5 and 71. We offer a variety of both ground and aerial acrobatics from the “very beginner” to the “professional performer”. Our motto is For Anybody with Any Body.

I'm a licensed medical massage therapist. Medical Massage is an outcome-based massage. I look at the complaint the client presents with (pain, reduced range of motion, etc.) as a symptom. My goal is to find the source(s) of the problem to allow for greater release and relief. I utilize multiple modalities/techniques as needed for the individual and apply the techniques specific for the conditions to bring about specific outcomes. As a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, I maintain the highest level professional code of ethics and practice mandated by this national organization.
I have a passion for relieving pain, whether the pain originates from an injury, chronic pain, or the stresses of life. I believe that receiving massage on a regular basis counteracts the stress that can cause many physical and emotional problems. I strive to tailor each session to the individual client, by practicing a client-focused approach that values open communication.
