Lynda Day is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a certified Holistic Wellness Coach and also is a certified therapist in RockTape. In addition to Relaxing Swedish, Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Medical massage she is trained in PNF Stretching, hot stone and prenatal massage. She also enhances your massage experience with her knowledge in essential oils. As a working mom, she understands how easy it is to put off self-care which is why she focuses on giving her clients the tools to care for their health. Along with the other team members of Serendipity Spa & Wellness Center, her goal is to use her years of expertise and collaborative efforts to help each client achieve whole body wellness.
