Karen Guzak is the studio’s owner and senior teacher and opened Yoga Circle Studio in November of 2003. We continue to expand the circle of yoga to encourage a livelier, healthier, and happier community.
Our teacher's approach acknowledges students’ individual needs, while encouraging integration of body, mind, and spirit...fulfilling the meaning of yoga, which is union. Through the postures, we build flexibility, strength, stamina, balance, at the same time inviting a relaxed and attentive mind, while breathing mindfully throughout the practice.
Our style is non-competitive, encouraging healing, and deepening one’s sense of well-being - all within a spirit of grace and humor, and in service to a greater good.

Heavenly Hands PLLC is not your usual massage clinic.  We provide a full offering of therapeutic massage services that are customized to meet your needs.  Do you need relief from pain and injury?  Do you just want to relax and be pampered?  Maybe a bit of both?  You'll find what you need.  Plus, we schedule extra time to ensure you are never rushed. 

If you are new to our clinic, you can use your Spafinder cards toward an Initial Visit - 60 or 90 minutes.  This session includes an in-depth consultation, massage, and review/goal setting to help you achieve your specific goals.  Sessions can be booked with our licensed or advanced practitioners.

If you have visited in the past 12 months, spa finder gift cards can be used toward our Love My Feet 60 minute session, Gone to Heaven 90 minute session or choose one of our enhancements.  All customized therapeutic single massage or membership massage services are already discounted below our initial visit price and cannot be paid for using your gift card.  

Advance reservations up to 25 days out are highly recommended to avoid disappointment and all services require a credit card to reserve this special time for you.  When service is received you may use your Spafinder card in full/part to pay for the services/enhancements listed above.  We look forward to meeting you!
