We are Downrivers' non-profit yoga studio, offering yoga classes on a donation basis. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, we have classes for you. Our two yoga rooms gives us flexibility for scheduling classes and workshops. We strive to offer classes at times that are convenient to you.All you need to do to start taking yoga classes at Yoga 4 Peace is to stop in a few minutes before a scheduled class that meets your ability level. Wear loose-fitting clothing and refrain from eating for an hour or two before class. We provide the props you may need in our studio and if you don't have a yoga mat, you may rent one from us.
