Classic Swedish Massage: This massage will relieve the stress of a busy day with techniques that involve long, broad strokes, with kneading and friction, to improve circulation and alleviate stress and fatigue. This classic treatment represents the standard for massage in the Western world.

Relaxation Massage: This is a full body massage that flows from start to finish. The atmosphere and the massage are geared toward relaxation through use of aromatherapy oils. Makes the perfect gift for anyone who deserves a relaxing escape!

Sport Massage: This massage utilizes specific strokes to specific muscle groups to help the weekend or full-time athlete obtain maximum performance. Performed post event, it will shorten the healing time of muscles used, by half! Done regularly, this massage can decrease your chances of injury.

Deep Tissue Massage: Provides firmer, focused pressure to reach underlying, hidden tension, relieve chronic problem areas and increase freedom of movement. This massage is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.
