Synergy Yoga South Beach

Synergy Center for Yoga and the Healing Arts is the oldest Yoga Studio in Miami Beach, Florida. Located in the heart of South Beach. We have been serving the community for over 15 years with a variety of yoga styles, teachings and the healing arts. We offer over 50 classes per week, with a unique selection of the most refined styles in yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Power, Kundalini, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal and others. Therapeutic movement and expression classes are available as well, such as Meditation, Belly Dancing and Bhakti Yoga.
