Synergy is a state in which two or more things come together in a way to produce and effect that is greater than the effect they could have had individually. Here at Synergy, I use over 20 years of experience in massage, strength and conditioning, and health and fitness education to bring you services that, together, positively affect your wellness greater than any of these could do on their own. As a wellness professional, I have held certifications through the American Medical Massage Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have also worked with athletes as a Massage Therapist, High Performance Specialist, and Coach in spas, fitness clubs and private studios.
