Spa at Woodside

The Spa at Woodside invites you to come relax and unwind; let us heal your sore muscles, relieve your tensions, and make sure you walk out of our spa glowing (either from happiness or from one of our fantastic facials - we don't care which, as long as you're leaving us feeling content). We are a full-service Kansas City Day Spa with treatments designed to take care of you, no membership required. We operate under the principle that a strong connection between the body, mind and soul is vital to our overall health, and our therapists are devoted to encouraging a life of wellness – starting with the way you look and feel. We have four treatment rooms and an excellent staff ready to cater to your needs. We also offer a retail boutique featuring SkinCeuticals and Jack Black products (which we also use in our facial treatments!), and seasonal gifts so you can use us as a one-stop-shop! We are located within Woodside, a comprehensive health, athletic and social club, and therefore have a unique offering in addition our wonderful spa services. We invite guests to come enjoy the club, and with any one hour(+) service non-members are granted access to our facilities for the entire day. Our complementary amenities include, but are not limited to, full-service outdoor adult-only and family-friendly pools (these are of course seasonal); an indoor wet area that includes a heated pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and cold plunge; separate male and female steam rooms in our wonderful locker rooms; and multiple fitness floors and group fitness classes. We also have a relaxing lounge area that houses a cafe serving grab 'n go items, smoothies and cold-pressed juices, as well as a full kitchen offering seasonal menu items and a cozy bar with your favorite brews on tap, signature cocktails and small eats.
