Salon Blissful is a family owned business that started in 2008, opening the first location in Mesa. Over the years, Salon Blissful has grown and opened their second location in Peoria, in 2017. With such a huge success with Mesa and Peoria salon, Salon Blissful decided it was time to extend their beauty services.
