ZEEL MASSAGE ON DEMAND  WEST PALM BEACH-10033

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) allows the body to repair itself and prepares the body for sports as well as routine daily activities. It works with the body’s natural physiological makeup to improve circulation and increase elasticity. The stretches are held for two seconds each and often repeated six times each. This allows the target muscles to optimally lengthen without triggering the protective stretch reflex. These stretches provide maximum benefit and can be accomplished without tension or resulting trauma. As the name implies, these are active stretches that require the client to work together with the therapist. Each 60 minute session is intensive and focused on only one body region (for example: lower back or shoulder/neck girdle). Clients should come prepared to participate and wear comfortable, loose clothing (usually gym gear).Rebecca Perez is our resident AIS practitioner and continues to work with AIS creator Aaron Mattes on achieving her advanced certification. She also holds certifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and of course Massage Therapist.
