About Me I have seen and experienced firsthand many of the stresses that come with balancing a busy career and family. I know the stress that this can place on the body, mind, and spirit. I chose to leave the Executive Assistant field after fifteen years to pursue my passion to work on and help others feel and move better. My massage work is more therapeutic and results oriented. I use the different modalities and techniques I've learned to customize a massage session for each individual client...every time. I am not your deep tissue gal. I use more gentler modalities to help the body return to a balanced state.
