MOSAIC San Diego

Mosaic is a center dedicated to providing the environment and framework for individuals of all ages, ethnicities and cultures, to develop their own intelligence, uniqueness and power. Mosaic offers a variety of affordable practices designed to support the movement of physical, emotional and spiritual energy as a means to develop these qualities. These practices include; Yoga classes (of all levels) taught by Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teachers, Element Training (a holistic approach to traditional personal training, specializing in nutrition and meditation) and Reiki Treatments (a non-invasive, energy balancing technique aimed at restoring health and vitality to the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies). Together, with the members of Mosaic, we hope to contribute to developing an enriched community that values service to one’s authentic self as well as service to the community in honor and support of the greater good of all beings.
