Kim Ross and Mark Bailey One fateful evening, after winning a hard-fought, high-profile verdict feeling tired and in need of rejuvenation, discussed with his high-school friend and would be business partner, Kim Ross, the possibility of an oasis that would provide a one-stop, upscale experience for wellness to customers such as him. They began designing a place which could combine a beauty salon with a day spa and yoga studio-- and! viola! Meraki was born.
