We are well-versed in a range modalities; from neuromuscular, trigger point, myofascial, craniosacral, medical massage to energy work, shiatsu, Thai massage, Reiki and polarity therapy. In our sessions, we draw from a mix of disciplines that address the many layers of the body and its healing process. We also offer reflexology, DoTerra essential oils, warm-beach stones, hot towels, high quality organic oils/cremes - all complimentary - just ask!
