FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations made in 2020, we are extending a flexible cancellation policy and not forfeiting deposits should you need to cancel. For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be held for future use within the same calendar year. An advance deposit of 50% of your total stay package is required to guarantee your reservation.

Guest rooms and suites, housed in casita-style rooms made with natural colors from the earth that create a connection with the desert landscape and surrounding mountains. Each room features responsibly sourced and sustainable materials. Many rooms have private outdoor space, and some are designed with a glass wall to make the most of the mountain views. Catalina Rooms are made with rammed earth walls and have a large soaking tub in the bathroom and an outdoor shower. Suites have a spacious sitting area and fireplace, and the one-bedroom Presidential Suite also has a kitchenette and dining room. High-tech amenities include LCD TVs, DVD players, and free wireless Internet access.
Gourmet meals are prepared with an emphasis on the benefits of an organic diet rich in grains and low in saturated fats, and organic and biodynamic wines can be ordered. (Alcoholic beverages are not included in the all-inclusive rate.) The Cactus Flower Restaurant has full service indoor and mountain-view terrace seating, serving breakfast and lunch buffets and reserved-seating dinner.
