After being in a science based career for 20 years, I decided to take a new direction in life. Always interested in holistic healing and with a background in science and athletics, massage therapy was a perfect match. Shortly after graduating massage therapy school, over 11 years ago, I was invited to be a massage therapy instructor. For many years, I enjoyed imparting her knowledge to future massage therapists, while developing her own business and expanding her education, of the mind, body and spirit. Through the years, my quest for knowledge has led me in many directions. I have been trained or certified in Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cranio-sacral Therapy, Rehabilitative massage, Pre-natal massage, Infant and Geriatric massage, Sports massage, Hot stone massage, Chinese cupping, Muscle Energy Technique, Kinesiology and Acupressure techniques. My knowledge also spans into the esoteric practices. I have been a Reiki Master Teacher for 10 years. I am educated in Somato-emotional techniques (releasing emotional memory from the body), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), Chakra Balancing, Sound Therapy, Crystal Therapy, herbalism and a ordained non-denomination minister. My office is located in a large offfice building, with easy 1st floor access and ample parking. The building has a gourmet caffeteria and snack shop.
