The moment you walk into Inspire Fitness you’ll be welcomed. The only fitness studio located in North Stamford and conveniently close to the Merritt Parkway. We offer a private club experience with a bright, clean, new interior at affordable prices. For your convenience Inspire Fitness offers a large shower room with towels and amenities. Instead of lines of nautilus and cardio machines or clients all appearing to do the same workout, you’ll see clientele that ranges from teen to senior citizen and hardcore athlete to those that are combating disease doing customized workouts. We use varied equipment such as heavy ropes, sand bags, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainers as well as traditional free weights. We recognize one size does NOT fit all. We understand that every body type is different, everyone’s abilities are at varying levels and you may have different goals than the person working out beside you. We want to ensure that you have a challenging and appropriate workout each time you walk through our doors. Our certified trainers create plans to ensure this happens. We’ll get you into a fitness regimen but your individual workout will never be routine. In addition to private workouts we offer small group training. We are a Training For Warrior Affiliate (TFW) and currently provide nine various classes per week. Our Boot Camp will get you sweating while our Mat Pilates will help you strengthen your core with focused body weight movements. Our hours accommodate work and family schedules. We offer early morning through evening as well as weekend workouts. We feel that anyone can make you tired…we can make you better!
