We are sure you find the right class for your needs. Our Hot Yoga Studio is conveniently located on Walsingham Road across from Publix in the yellow building with green roof. Classes are offered seven days a week at a variety of times. We have three instructors with a 500 hr certification and total combined teaching experience of over 75 years. Our studio has over 900sf so you will have plenty of room for your mat and space between students. Solid Bamboo flooring throughout with full length mirrors and no windows. Infrared and radiant heating sources. Changing room with lavatory and water closet. Our Hot classes typically range in temp from 97 to 104 degrees, depending on time of year and humidity level. Humidity is maintained below 50%. Warm classes are usually between 85- and 95-degrees Fahrenheit. Our schedule and class offerings are dynamic so you can meet new challenges.
