I am trained in the following massage modalities; Swedish Deep Tissue Swe-Thai Sports Orthopedic Acupressure Reflexology Prenatal Cupping and Medi-cupping I use many of these techniques in my customized sessions that are based on your overall wellness goals I specialize in issues of the upper back, shoulders, and neck, but I am just as comfortable working with other areas as well.
