Website showed Ivana was a runner so I called for an appt with her. Receptionist set up appt on day and time requested. Facility is quite nice, free parking readily available. We were met on time by our massage therapists. Comforting to lay out on the table and look at a Finisher's photo of Ivana with a good overall time. Massage was excellent!
