Big River Yoga is a local, independently owned yoga studio in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis.  Our mission is to awaken the consciousness of people to realize our interconnection. We offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners, continuing and advanced students. We also offer restorative yoga, Thai massage classes and a variety of workshops with visiting instructors.
