Sweat's classes are for ages 13 and up, created by the Valley's top instructors and personal trainers intended for you to sweat and have a great time doing it! All of our massage therapists are licensed and CAMTC certified. They have all completed training programs with a minimum of 500-1,000 hours at an accredited school. They have also successfully completed a Livescan fingerprint and background check through the DOJ and FBI.
