A boutique massage studio dedicated to women, self-care and mindful living specializing in prenatal and postpartum massage care. Helping women before, during and after pregnancy is a true passion of mine. After graduation from The Body Institute in 2008, I found myself bedside in a team of doctors and nurses helping my friend Cathryn deliver her first baby. There was an instant intuitive knowing of how I could support and encourage her during labor and the minutes that followed. In the reflective hours after, I knew this was my path. A year and a half later, I stood bedside with Cathryn again, as she delivered her second baby. I now have two beautiful children of my own, Heidi and Braxtyn, who are truly my biggest teachers in this life. I went on to get certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Massage with Claire Marie Miller who is an amazing gift to the Natural Birth and Massage Community. I then joined the team at Bellies and Babies and began working as a Prenatal Massage Therapist. During all of these years, Meditation became more and more part of my life. Breathwork, Visualization, Guided Relaxation, and Inner Silence have been an essential part of my journey as a mother. It has been a joy to share and teach alI that I have learned with others, especially Moms. From all of this, blume•well was born. I have now merged my passions to serve this community dedicated to greater self-care and mindful living.
