Massage & Bodywork that works! Owner Bridgette Horak has been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. Horak is a wife, dog mom, semi-serious gym rat, and Dallas native. She loves what she does because she's able to help people feel better, recover quicker, and maintain their physical, emotional and mental wellness. Horak was drawn to massage because of her athletic background, which ultimately led to aches and pains at a young age. ​ As a graduate of Kekino Massage Academy in Plano, her primary education consists of Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, Health & Hygiene, Business & Ethics, Swedish Massage, Hydrotherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Chair Massage, Muscle Energy Technique, and more. ​ Her continuing education led her to the following courses: Russian Sports Massage, Deep tissue, Polarity Therapy, Level II Usui Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Massage, Barefoot Fijian Massage, Oncology Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, TMJD Massage, Cupping, Facial Cupping for Toning and Circulation, Facial Cupping for Lymphatic Drainage, Facial Massage, and more. By taking as many continuing education classes as she possibly can, she does her best to deliver results-oriented, effective manual therapy!
