At Bellus Academy, the Academy of Beauty and Spa students perform services under instructor supervision with the exception of the medical care treatments, which are performed by licensed aestheticians. The 20,000-square-foot spa has 30 treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy tub, Vichy shower, and private restrooms with showers. Services the spa offers include a variety of massage modalities, hydrotherapy treatments such as a seaweed bath, and skin-care treatments such as peels, microdermabrasion, and facials. Hair-care services incorporating Vidal Sasson techniques are performed at the student salon and nail care is offered through the academy's partnership with a nail salon. Corporate programs are available and the academy hosts personal appearances with spa industry leaders and experts.
