Multi-disciplined Yoga & Healing Arts Center located in South Florida, withOur center offers over 35 classes a week in various styles of Yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Aerial, Prenatal and Meditation with experienced, caring, and inspiring teachers. All our classes are hands-on, where mixed level practitioners of all ages find individualized attention, knowledgeable help and nurturing guidance.To complement the practice of Yoga, Ayama offers a wide selection of holistic healing arts, such as Qigong, Acupuncture, Reiki, Massage therapies, Transformational Breathing, Holistic Nutrition, Hypnotherapy, and other treatments.
