ATI is a performance facility with the intent of improving an individual’s ability to tolerate stress. Athletes and individuals should be able to execute their sport and or life at a high level without deterioration. By improving neuromuscular communication, efficiency of movement, and decreasing environmental stressors the body will respond with optimal adaptation and increased resiliency. The Athletic Training Institute provides the environment that subjects an individual to optimal amounts of stress to callus the body for greater plasticity, health, and performance enhancement.
