A variety of massage modalities including deep-tissue, Swedish, relaxing, hot stone, prenatal, cranio-sacral, IMT, and reflexology are available. Other spa services include salt and sugar glows, and wraps incorporating therapeutic mud. One of the spa's signature specialties, the Barefoot Bliss foot treatment, includes a foot soak, exfoliation, mud masque, hand and arm massage, foot massage or reflexology, and a hydrating lotion application. The spa uses Biotone spa products in many of their treatments.
