We use quality products such as BIOFREEZE which is a topical gel that acts similarly to the effects of a cold pack. It helps relieve pain caused by injuries to a joint or muscle. PROSSAGE heat is an all natural warming ointment. We especially use Prossage for deep tissue work, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Its warming properties are an effective treatment of soft tissue pain and dysfunction throughout the body. AROMA THERAPY is distilled essential oils that contribute to personal health and well being. ESSENTIAL OILS are enhansements we offer for Stress Management, Muscle & Joint and Relaxation. We have also added Cupping to our massage sessions.
