My name is Ben Howell the founder and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over three years now. My massage journey started in 2012 when I was playing semi professional soccer and tore literally every ligament in my knees and was told I would not walk again. Through 3 years of recovery and a total of 14 screws in between my knees I am now completely mobile and living a healthy life! This wouldn’t have been possible without fantastic therapists ranging from physical therapists, chiropractors, doctors, and massage therapists. I spent around 8 hours every day doing rehab to recover my lost mobility. This recovery gave me a passion and a new purpose in life. It propelled me to specialize in deep tissue massage with an emphasis on not only making people feel better; I actively work to make sure that the problems get fixed! I use a slow and methodical approach, addressing problem areas and shifting focus when needed to make sure I am providing the best possible massage experience for my clients.
